Who we are

The Holiday-Ready Lab is offered by Augur, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Augur," "we," "us"). These terms apply to anyone who books a seat ("you"). The Lab is offered independently by Augur. It is not a Tory Burch Foundation or UPS program.

What you get

• One seat in a live, three-hour working session on Zoom, on the date you booked: Monday, November 2 or Monday, November 9, 2026, 12:00 to 3:00 PM ET.
• A private replay link, sent by email the day after your session.
• The Lab materials we use together.

Your Zoom link, calendar invite, and prep list arrive by email within 24 hours of booking.

What you need to bring

• A paid Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT plan. Free plans can't build what we build in hour one.
• A computer, not a phone. You'll be building as we go.
• A live website or shop.

If you join without a paid plan, you can follow along, but you won't be able to build in the session. That isn't grounds for a refund.

Price and the HOLIDAYREADY code

The Lab is $247 USD per seat. Code HOLIDAYREADY takes it to $197 when entered at checkout before Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET. Codes can't be applied after purchase.

Lab fee credit: if you book the Holiday-Ready Intensive within 7 days of your Lab session, and before Intensive enrollment closes, the amount you paid for the Lab is credited toward it. Email us to apply it.

All sales are final

Because seats are limited and held for you, all payments are non-refundable and considered earned at purchase. That includes missing your session, joining late, or deciding it isn't for you.

Can't make your date? Email us at least 48 hours before your session and we'll move you to the other date if a seat is open. If not, your replay link is yours.

Disputes and chargebacks

By booking, you confirm this is an authorized purchase. If something isn't right, email us first and we'll work it out with you directly. Chargebacks are for fraud and unauthorized charges. They aren't a substitute for talking to us. If a chargeback is filed, your access to the session and replay ends.

The replay

Sessions are recorded. The replay is unlisted and shared only with people who booked that date. Please don't share the link. If you'd rather not appear on camera, you're welcome to keep your video off.

Your AI and your data

You use your own AI account. You're responsible for what you put into it, including any customer information, and for following the privacy laws that apply to your business. Review anything AI writes before you use or publish it. We make no promises about how any third-party AI tool performs.

Who owns what

What you build in the Lab for your business is yours to use and change. Augur keeps all rights to its frameworks, kit, prompts, templates, and materials. You can use them in your own business, but you can't resell, share, teach, or repackage them.

No guarantees

The Lab is guidance and live working time, offered in good faith. We don't guarantee sales, reviews, customer response, or any other business result. We don't give legal, financial, or tax advice, including on whether your own policies are compliant.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Augur's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your seat.

If we have to reschedule

If something outside our control stops a session from running, we'll move you to the other date or a new date as close as possible, and you'll still get the replay.

The fine print we do need

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with your checkout, are the full agreement for your Lab seat. The Holiday-Ready Intensive has its own agreement, signed at booking.
